 The mission of the Kansas Association for Public Purchasing Professionals (KAPPP) is to encourage and provide opportunities for professional development and certification in the field of public purchasing. KAPPP is a chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), an organization whose goal is to promote excellence through the pursuit of professional development. We are the 34th chapter in the 34th state, established in 1983.
