“Leigha was new to KAPPP during 2023 but proved instrumental in kickstarting our year with enthusiasm and drive to make our association successful. Leigha, as Director of Contracts and Procurement for the City of Topeka, was gracious to not only volunteer her time but allow one of her staff to have an active share in making KAPPP successful.”

"Kathleen has done outstanding work for KAPPP in both maintaining and keeping our website updated and refreshed. She volunteers readily for any assignment that promotes our chapter. She has displayed leadership skills in event planning for the Chapter's Reverse Vendor Fair. Kathleen has quickly addressed any website needs of the Chapter and has made suggestions on how we can improve our communication with members. Kathleen has poured herself into our Chapter and dedicated much of her spare time to collaborating, researching, and providing solutions. She is a true ROCK STAR and has been an integral part of this Chapter's momentum recently. I look forward to seeing where she takes us in the future and want to thank her for her support. "
