Current Leadership
The governing body of KAPPP will be an Executive Board consisting of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and four Regional Directors.
Each Officer and Director will be elected initially for a term of one year. Terms of offices are one calendar year and Officers shall not serve on the board for more than four consecutive years.

PRESIDENT
Duties and Responsibilities
To serve as a member of the Executive Board, to conduct meetings of the Executive Board and establish agenda therefore, to preside at Association meetings, to appoint a nominating committee, and to overview the activities in a general sense of all permanent and ad hoc Association committees.
BiographyChris Haislett is the Contract Compliance Officer with the City of Wichita. He has been in his current role for 13 years and has 14 years of procurement experience.

Lisa Robbins
VICE PRESIDENT
Duties and Responsibilities
To serve as a member of the Executive Board, to act for the President in the President’s absence, to assist the President in performing any of the assigned responsibilities, and to specifically overview plans and programs of the meeting program and meeting facilities.
Biography
Lisa Robbins is the Sr. Purchasing Administrator with Johnson County in Olathe, Kansas. She has been in her current role for 2.5 years and has 17 years of procurement experience.

Tammy Culley
TREASURER
Duties and Responsibilities
To manage and report all financial information for the organization. This position receives and processes payments for KAPPP membership and events, makes outgoing payments for scholarships and operating expenses, prepares annual budgets for submission, and balances the KAPPP account.
Biography
Tammy Culley is a Purchasing Agent with Sedgwick County in Wichita Kansas. She has been in her current role for 2 years. Prior to joining the Finance Department she has over 15 years of procurement experience in the private sector.

Nicole Hogan
SECRETARY
Duties and Responsibilities
To serve as a member of the Executive Board, to maintain minutes of all Executive Board activities, and to develop and distribute meeting announcements, training notices, and any other forms of communication with the membership.
BiographyNicole Hogan is the Purchasing Coordinator with the Blue Valley School District in Overland Park, Kansas. She has been in her current role for 8 years and has 12 years of procurement experience.
